We specialize in SETSS (Special Education Teacher Support Services), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Counseling services. Additionally, we offer ABA therapy through insurance partnerships to support families in need of these essential services. Position Overview We’re seeking a School & District Partnerships Lead who thrives at the intersection of customer success and business development. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships with schools and districts while ensuring current partners are supported, engaged, and satisfied. Your time will be split between: * Supporting existing school partners through regular check-ins (virtual and in-person), ensuring families receive the services they need, and providing exceptional customer service. * Driving new growth opportunities by introducing Knowledge Road’s services to new schools, districts, and referral partners. This is a field-based position with flexibility and independence. You’ll visit schools, host virtual check-ins, attend meetings, and connect with education professionals who share our commitment to student success. Key Responsibilities Partnership Management & Client Success * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools and districts. * Conduct regular in-person and virtual check-ins with school administrators, special education teams, and families. * Troubleshoot issues and ensure high satisfaction with Knowledge Road’s services. * Provide proactive communication, resources, and solutions to support school needs. School & District Partnership Development * Introduce Knowledge Road’s SETSS, Speech Therapy, OT, Counseling, and ABA services to new schools and districts. * Conduct outreach calls, schedule presentations, and facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings. * Build trust with administrators and staff to expand partnerships. * Maintain accurate pipeline records in the company CRM, ensuring clear tracking and follow-up. Family & Insurance Coordination * Support families in navigating insurance coverage for ABA therapy services. * Collaborate with insurance providers to facilitate approvals. * Build relationships with healthcare providers and community partners. * Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy for insurance processes. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications * 2+ years in business-to-business sales, client success, or relationship management. * Strong communication and presentation skills across in-person and virtual settings. * Experience balancing both customer support and new business development. * Understanding of educational environments and special education services. * Reliable transportation and comfort with regular in-person client visits. * Familiarity with insurance or healthcare coordination. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience working with schools, healthcare, or social services. * Knowledge of special education regulations and therapy services. * Existing professional network in education or healthcare. * Experience with insurance billing or Medicaid processes. * Background in ABA therapy or developmental services. Success Metrics * Establish productive relationships with 5+ new schools within the first 90 days. * Maintain satisfaction and strong engagement with all assigned school partners. * Develop partnerships with 3+ insurance providers within 6 months. * Maintain an active pipeline of 50+ prospective partners and referral sources. * Achieve quarterly goals for new referrals, renewals, and revenue growth.
