About the Role We're looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for clients in our enterprise segment—registered investment advisor (RIA) firms, independent wealth managers, and multi-family offices, that require sophisticated, scalable solutions. In this role, you'll guide enterprise clients through complex onboarding processes, help them migrate extensive investment portfolios and data systems, and ensure they're positioned for long-term success on our platform. This is a deeply client-facing role, and we're seeking someone who values building relationships, earns trust quickly, and delivers a premium enterprise experience. You'll need to navigate complex organizational structures and stakeholder requirements with professionalism, strategic thinking, and institutional-grade service. Your Role: • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction, • Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization, • Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time and on-budget implementations., • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices., • Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView., • Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus)., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Strong business analysis capabilities and a consultative, client-first mindset., • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education, • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements, • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience, • 5+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading ERP Implementations, • NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation, • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience, • Individual has project managed at least 5 enterprise-level NetSuite or NSAW projects involving multiple dependent workstreams, 3rd parties, and other related complicated business integration requirements., • Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards, • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies, • PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certification., • Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices., • Take control of projects by acting as lead and having the ability to handle escalations with minimal support Your Life at Myers-Holum & What you Can Expect: Do you desire collaboration? Job DescriptionFloQast’s Consulting Program is designed to educate accounting advisory firms on our market-leading close management platform and support the evaluation process for their team and clients to ensure a successful experience. The Strategic Alliances Associate will be responsible for supporting the Consulting Alliances Manager in recruiting and sourcing new partners to our Program and helping drive new sales revenue through various partnership efforts. *Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader.
