Summary As a member of the strategic pricing team, the pricing analyst responsibilities are to establish, maintain and analyze price reference information, and to make recommendations that will facilitate optimal pricing decisions to be made by Pricing & Category Management teams. The pricing analyst will manage the day-to-day pricing activities across multiple categories; analyze and execute strategies that support the business goals. Essential Functions The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Analyzes competition, product position and profitability, and makes recommendations for pricing changes based on analysis, • Executes “what if” scenarios before finalizing and submitting prices for review, • Develops and manages pricing strategies that will be used in automated pricing system. Key Responsibilities: Pricing & Analysis • Develop, maintain, and analyze pricing models for spare parts, retrofit kits, service agreements, and other aftermarket offerings., • Manage spare parts and service pricing list, • Monitor margins, discounts, and cost drivers to ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets and market conditions., • Conduct price variance, margin, and profitability analysis by customer, region, and product line., • Partner closely with Parts Logistics, Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing., • Support quote-to-order processes by validating pricing, discounts, and commercial terms., • Assist in standardizing pricing tools, processes, and approval workflows., • Maintain pricing data within ERP and related systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency., • Develop dashboards and reports to track pricing performance, KPIs, and trends., • Analyze supplier cost changes, freight, inventory carrying costs, and other inputs impacting aftermarket pricing., • Monitor, benchmark competitive pricing and market trends relevant to intralogistics automation and industrial aftermarket services. Job Description Under the direction of the Finance Manager, the accounting coordinator will perform a variety of accounting and finance related tasks and analysis, such as filing and organizing documents for department, data entry, managing Accounts Receivable and Collections, maintaining Accounts Payable, and basic financial analysis and reporting. Preparation and assistance with third party Audit requests as needed., • Provide ongoing suggestions for improvement of current functions to maximize productivity., • Perform all other duties and/or ad-hoc projects as assigned with a openness to adapt to changing department demands.
