This role requires strong expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise application integration, and hybrid infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end cloud architecture implementations, integrate SaaS/IaaS/PaaS components into existing enterprise systems, and ensure seamless interoperability between cloud and on-premises environments. Experience with ServiceNow, ERP systems, IDAM platforms, and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is essential. This is an immediate-start, 12-month contract opportunity.Key Responsibilities • Implement end-to-end cloud architecture for enterprise applications and services across Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms, • Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services based on business and technical requirements, • Lead integration of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS components into existing enterprise systems including ServiceNow, ERP platforms, and IDAM systems, • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between cloud and on-premises systems, • Implement cloud security best practices including IAM (Identity and Access Management), encryption, and network security protocols, • Design hybrid and multi-cloud strategies to meet organizational needs, • Enforce architectural standards and reusable patterns across all implementations, • Maintain architecture diagrams, decision logs, and comprehensive technical documentation, • Provide support services for ongoing enterprise projects including SaaS migrations, HR system implementations, and platform modernization initiatives, • Develop and maintain governance documentation, technical architecture, and solution blueprints to guide effective implementation and evolution of projects, • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to provide technical expertise and ensure all solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices, • Conduct thorough analysis of client and user requirements; design, develop, and test software to meet defined specifications including the ability to uncover, comprehend, and document complex business requirements, challenges, and processesRequired Skills & Experience, • Experience: 5-7 years of designing and architecting technical solutions with focus on cloud infrastructure, • Cloud Architecture: Proven capability to implement end-to-end cloud architecture for enterprise applications and services, • Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP including service evaluation and selection, • Integration Expertise: Experience leading integration of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS components into enterprise systems, • Hybrid Architecture: Ability to design and implement hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, • Enterprise Platforms: Experience with ServiceNow, ERP systems, and IDAM (Identity and Access Management) platforms, • Cloud Security: Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices including IAM, encryption, and network security, • DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, • Solution Engineering: Advanced knowledge of industry-standard solution engineering, application architecture, and systems integration approaches, • Documentation: Strong ability to maintain architecture diagrams, decision logs, and enforce architectural standards, • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field, • Must be local to the Tri-State area and available for W2 employmentPreferred Skills & Experience, • Cloud fundamentals certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP), • Multiple cloud platform certifications, • Experience with governance frameworks and enterprise architecture methodologies, • Background in finance, HR, or supply chain management systems, • Familiarity with enterprise content management and collaboration platforms, • Experience with datacenter consolidation and IT infrastructure servicesWork Schedule & Details, • Monday through Friday, 7.5-hour work day with 0.5-hour unpaid lunch, • Hybrid schedule with minimum 3 days on-site (remote work privileges may be adjusted based on business needs), • Paid for time worked only; no paid holidays, vacation, or sick days during contract period, • Overtime not permitted unless authorized in advance, • Immediate start date availableTo Apply: Please submit your resume to Madison Approach Staffing. We are seeking experienced engineers with strong backgrounds in analytical problem design, real-world systems modeling, or competitive engineering problem-solving (university competitions, design challenges, or advanced coursework). The goal of this project is to create novel, rigorous, and multi-step engineering problems that challenge cutting-edge AI models—specifically those that cause the AI to fail or demonstrate reasoning limits—while supporting the improvement and training of advanced AI systems. This is a short-term, high-impact, fully remote opportunity for engineering professionals eager to apply their deep technical expertise to frontier AI research, with the possibility of project continuation based on performance. ## 2\. Key Responsibilities - Design original, advanced engineering problems that require creative reasoning, multi-domain integration, and precise analytical thinking. - Evaluate AI-generated engineering solutions for technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to physical and practical constraints. - Identify logical gaps, incorrect modeling assumptions, or computational inaccuracies. - Provide complete, clear, and well-documented solutions and derivations using LaTeX formatting for equations and schematics. - Maintain high standards of technical precision, rigor, and conceptual depth. ## 3\. Required Qualifications Note: Applicants must be proficient in creating and formatting technical documents using LaTeX. You are a strong fit for this project if you have one or more of the following: - Advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in mechanical, electrical, civil, aerospace, or chemical engineering, or a related field. - Experience designing or grading complex analytical or design-focused problems (university level or professional exams). - Participation in or mentorship for engineering design or modeling competitions is preferred(e.g., Formula SAE, Shell Eco-marathon, ASME/IEEE/AIChE contests, robotics challenges, or design sprints). - Research or teaching experience involving applied problem formulation and quantitative modeling. Other qualifications: - Deep understanding of core engineering principles and real-world systems. - Ability to communicate step-by-step reasoning, assumptions, and derivations clearly. - Strong intuition for problem difficulty, structure, and conceptual progression. - Detail-oriented verification of results and internal consistency. ## 4\. More About the Opportunity - Time commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week; up to 40 hours/week available - Duration: Approximately 2 months, with strong potential for extension - Rolling onboarding; start typically within 1–2 days after approval ## 5\.
