Job Description Location: Bakersfield, CA Employment Type: Part-Time to convert to Full-Time/Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday Friday Pay: $23/hour About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our client's sign and graphics production team. This role combines general labor, light administrative assistance, and hands-on shop work both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate is computer-literate, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities Production & Shop Support • Assist in basic sign and graphic production tasks under the guidance of our designer., • Use basic hand tools such as drills, hammers, and screwdrivers for installation prep and general shop work., • Provide general office and administrative support to help keep projects organized., • Assist with simple computer-based tasks, including file handling and basic software use., • Basic computer literacy is required., • Familiarity with Adobe software (Illustrator) is a plus, but not required they can train the right candidate., • Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions., • Comfort using basic hand tools (drill, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.)., • Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks., • Reliable and punctual., • Willing to learn new skills in the sign and graphics industry., • Enjoys hands-on work and supporting a creative production environment.
