About This Role We are seeking talented HVAC Service Technicians. This full-time position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems. What You'll Do • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps., • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity., • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment., • Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats., • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals., • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations., • Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions., • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred., • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role., • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components., • EPA 608 certification (required)., • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints., • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills., • Strong communication and customer service abilities., • NATE certification or equivalent., • Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment., • Hourly Rate: Up to $42/hour, based on experience and qualifications., • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance., • 401(k) retirement plan with company match., • Paid time off, including holidays., • Opportunities for professional training and certification.
