Job Description As a Policy Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer service to individual clients of the company while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory guidance. Job DescriptionDescription: The Member Service Representative(MSR) is responsible to provide friendly, prompt and accurate service to members by assisting with financial transactions and identifying, educating and selling members credit union products and servcies that would best meet their needs. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Process transactions with accuracy including but not limited to withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, automated teller transactions, night deposits and mail deposits. Obtain and process information required for the purchase of negotiable instruments including corporate checks. Verify cash when exchanged with members and when sold or purchased from the vault. Inspect checks being deposited or cashed to eliminate risk of loss due to fraud and apply holds when appropriate., • Expand products per member. Job Description As a Senior Assistant Actuary, you will convert actuarial models into Axis, develop new actuarial models within Axis, assist in the development of actuarial modeling standards, and ensure these models comply with those standards. Job Description JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Field Service Technician will be responsible for supporting our Security Imaging CT (Computed Tomography) systems located at Las Vegas International Airport. In this position you will be responsible for building good relationships with the customers while performing a new system install, servicing an existing system or providing system maintenance in the field. It is important for the Field Support Technician to be organized and have excellent communication skills to support the customer and maintain communication with the corporate office. The right candidate for this position should have excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn. Our Field Support Technicians will be trained on our systems and receive support from managers and other Field Support Technicians, often remotely. There will be some travel to the corporate office in Binghamton, NY for trainings. To excel in this key role, you must be able communicate clearly. ESSENTAL FUNCTIONS: • Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction; Conducts follow up calls with the customer to ensure satisfaction of work., • Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field., • Demonstrates good electronic repair troubleshooting methodology and maintains at least an intermediate technical level of product knowledge., • Ability to read and follow electrical/mechanical schematics to assist in isolating fault to root cause component/assembly., • Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis as required by SureScan Corp and customer contract., • Order, install, and return parts and manages repair parts cycle time., • Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports as necessary., • Participates in Service Sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs as needed., • Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements., • Seeks to provide technical support to other SureScan Corp and third-party service professionals as required., • May participate in site surveys, pilot program service activities, attend meetings, champion special projects, and prepare exclusive reports., • Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written., • Establishes and maintains a close relationship with senior level FSS’s and Product Managers to support the needs of SureScan Corp., • Remains aware of current technical trends., • Exercises every available measure to control and minimize costs., • Travel and work hours outside of Monday-Friday are required., • Comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety, and environmental policies., • Comply with all applicable U.S. export control and security regulations., • Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
