Job Summary: The Quality Manger is responsible for establishing, implementing and directing quality assurance efforts to ensure components and other materials in finished goods and products conform to quality standards based on the requirements and expectations of the organization and customer. Essential Functions: \n • Management, training and mentoring of all Quality Department employees at site level\n, • Lead problem solving Kaizen events\n, • Manage budget, costs and expenditures within the Quality function and applicable functional support requirement.\n, • Responsible for investigation of and formal response to all customer complaints(SCARS)\n, • Responsible for failure analysis & corrective action reporting system(FRACAS) Participate in internal and external quality audits\n, • Any other task assigned by your supervisor or management\n\n Minimum Qualifications: \n • Experience: 5+ years Quality assurance experience in the defense, space electronics or high-end aerospace industry; additional Automotive experience is a plus.\n, • 5+ years in a management role\n, • Experience with advanced product quality planning in high reliability product development/ new product introduction\n, • Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (EE-preferred, ME, MSc., Chem)\n, • \nEligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
