Role Overview The Wellness Navigator is the psychological and behavioral architect of a member’s health journey. This role serves as the primary point of contact for members bridging physical training with sustainable habit formation. Using evidence-based principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, the Wellness Navigator helps members understand the why behind their behaviors and drives consistent, long-term adherence to wellness goals. This is not a personal training role. The Wellness Navigator focuses on mindset, accountability, lifestyle execution, and behavioral change using a structured, data-driven, and “tough-love” coaching approach. By addressing the psychological and behavioral barriers that prevent consistency, this role ensures that fitness becomes a sustainable lifestyle—not a short-term effort. The Manager of Peer Recovery Support Services also functions as the Patient Navigator / Trainer within the OORP program. Job Duties 1. Developing an integrated Recovery Management Plan (RPM) that is consumer-centered and includes strategies for recovery. The plan shall identify priorities, desired outcomes and the strategies and resources to be used in obtaining outcomes based on the case management assessment, 16. Job Description The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Peer Support Specialist for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of Essex county. The 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program will respond to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. Behavioral Assessment Link POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Summer Camp Director, the Village Leader is responsible for the daily operations and functions of the village. These functions include the development of the counselors and their work, safety of campers, and implementation of special events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assist in assuring the safety and health of all campers in accordance with applicable NJ state and ACA requirements through proper supervision. Actively participate with all children., • Provide overall supervision to village counselors and groups including group program schedule, counselor planned activities, special events and clubs (where applicable)., • Assume village administrative duties for group attendance, camper paperwork, transportation, counselor breaks, snack time and village cleanliness., • Assure proper staffing of each group. Act as a substitute counselor or specialist in the event of staff absence., • Participate as a member of the camp staff team to plan, deliver, and supervise special camp-wide theme programs, including Family Days and Open Houses, and other all-camp activities and camp functions., • Maintain all equipment and property, minimizing damage. Inform director if new equipment is needed or equipment is in need of repair., • Communicate positively and enthusiastically with campers, parents, staff, and volunteers., • Treat each child and parent with dignity and respect. Show attentiveness to all parent and camper issues., • Maintain a safe work environment free of clutter, debris, and hazardous conditions., • Report all accidents and incidents involving self, participants, guests, or other employees to the camp director., • Familiar with and able to implement emergency procedures., • Ensure cleanliness of facility or property., • Assist in planning and implementing special camp-wide theme programs, including Family Days and Open Houses., • Assists during staff training., • Assists in conducting weekly camp ceremonies. Coordinates daily attendance procedure., • Inform Camp Directors of any camp or staff problems., • Assist in packing up equipment, materials, supplies, etc. and camp close at the end of camp season. Submit inventory of supplies packed to the Camp Director., • Evaluates counselors twice during the camp season, and reviews with Camp Director., • Recognize and respond to potential problems in group or individual discipline problems in accordance with camp policies and procedures., • Evaluate current season, program, and self.
