Job Description About Us EliteCrete Hudson Valley Inc. is a fast-growing epoxy and decorative concrete distribution company serving contractors across New York State.We supply high-performance floor coatings, concrete overlay systems, equipment, and hands-on training to professional contractors. Our focus is long-term partnerships, technical support, and helping contractors scale their businesses. We are building the dominant coatings distribution network in New York and we are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to grow with us. Position Overview This is an outside B2B sales role focused on developing and managing contractor relationships across New York State You will be responsible for: • Prospecting and onboarding new contractor accounts, • Building long-term relationships with existing customers, • Driving product adoption and repeat sales, • Supporting contractor training events, • Managing your territory as if it were your own business This role is ideal for someone with experience in: * Paint or coatings sales * Building materials distribution * Flooring supply sales * Construction-related B2B sales Compensation • 100% commission 8% commission on all sales generated, • Commission accelerator opportunities, • $350/month stipend (vehicle & phone), • Mileage reimbursement for company-related travel, • Unlimited earning potential This is a relationship-first sales model. Contractors you bring on can generate repeat monthly revenue.
