About You We are seeking an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a high-quality boutique practice. Ideal candidates bring 10 years of experience, strong courtroom capability, including first chair experience, and a professional style that builds trust with high-net-worth clients. Requirements What We Are Looking For • Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar Association, • 10+ plus years of litigation experience, preferably in family law, • Experience handling hearings and trials as first chair, • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, • A genuine interest in the business side of running a law firm, • A long term mindset and commitment to supporting the firm’s continued growth Benefits • We offer an excellent work life balance with a requirement of 30 hours of billable work per week.
