Provide limited first-line troubleshooting related to vhf equipment and CAM software. Escalate service, repair, and advanced technical issues to the appropriate technical support personnel when necessary. 1. Manage territory activity and maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, reseller activity, demonstrations, customer interactions, and other key sales activities using company-designated systems and reporting tools. 1.
