Job Description ITSM Optimization Consultant – ManageEngine (Contract – 2–3 Weeks) • Onsite Location - Somerset, New Jersey, • Engagement Details:, • Duration: 2–3 weeks, • Type: Contract / Consulting Engagement, • Start: Immediate or as soon as available Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ITSM Optimization Consultant with expertise in ManageEngine for a short-term engagement. This role will focus on assessing, optimizing, and enhancing existing IT Service Management processes and configurations within the ManageEngine platform to improve efficiency, service delivery, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate current ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management within ManageEngine, • Assess existing ManageEngine configurations, workflows, and ticketing structures, • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and system optimization, • Optimize service desk operations to improve response times, resolution rates, and user experience, • Recommend and implement enhancements to workflows, automation, SLAs, and reporting within ManageEngine, • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges, • Align ITSM processes with ITIL best practices and organizational goals, • Develop and document standardized procedures, workflows, and governance models, • Provide actionable recommendations for ongoing improvements and scalability Qualifications: • Proven experience optimizing ITSM processes and tools, • Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or related ManageEngine products, • Strong understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred), • Experience configuring workflows, SLAs, automation, and reporting within ITSM tools, • Ability to quickly assess environments and deliver practical, results-driven solutions, • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills Additional Information • All candidates are encouraged to apply, but many positions require a strict drug and background check by our customers., • F2OnSite supports and adheres to all state laws regarding background checks.
