Role Overview We are hiring an AI Solutions Analyst to support the design, iteration, and adoption of AI workstreams at Ennoble Care from the administration side. These roles will act as product owners in miniature: sourcing opportunities, drafting and testing AI agents, and driving adoption with providers and staff. You will be a strong independent contributor—comfortable both designing and operationalizing solutions, and working directly with clinical leaders, back-office teams, and future AI engineers. Responsibilities • Partner with clinical, operational, and back-office teams to identify high-value AI opportunities., • Draft, test, and refine AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for workflows such as documentation, scheduling, enrollment, or RCM., • Translate workflows into prompts, playbooks, and design specs for engineers., • Drive adoption and change management: train users, gather feedback, and measure ROI., • Monitor performance of deployed agents and propose refinements., • Conduct research on available models/tools and recommend best-fit solutions., • 2–5 years in consulting, product, business analysis, or healthcare operations., • Experience with prompt engineering and building AI-powered workflows., • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex requirements into simple workflows., • Comfort with provider-facing or staff-facing change management., • Experience in healthcare (clinical operations, documentation, RCM, or care coordination)., • Familiarity with large language models and agentic workflows., • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
