This position will help lead and execute the development of core Organizational Change Management capabilities for an enterprise initiative to consolidate information technology (IT) functions onto a single managed IT services vehicle. Qualifications Required • 4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or consulting roles., • Prior experience in management consulting (client-facing, project-based, structured problem solving)., • Strong PM fundamentals: planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight., • Proven ability to document clear, structured business and functional requirements., • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, ARIS)., • Comfortable working in technical environments, collaborating with IT, product, data, or engineering teams., • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis using Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, or similar tools., • Excellent communication abilities—written, verbal, and executive-facing., • Experience in Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or industrial/asset-heavy industries preferred., • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks., • Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, EAM, GIS, CRM, Field Services, or similar)., • Certifications: PMP, CSM/CSPO, PMI-ACP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma., • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI/ML initiatives, or cloud technologies.
