Job Description SECTION 1: Job Summary An Office Manager is a highly engaged leader that possesses a high level of acuity in business acumen and is focused on developing a patient-focused team that is goal oriented. An Office Manager will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that both maximizes the retail sales but also supports the patients' medical needs. As a Summer Intern, you will support World Insurance’s real estate and facilities operations, gaining exposure to corporate property management, lease administration, office build‑outs, and strategic real estate initiatives. This role provides hands‑on experience and insight into how real estate supports a growing organization. You will be placed in our Real Estate team during this time. Primary Responsibilities • Support property and lease management activities for World Insurance Associates across multiple office locations., • Assist with reviewing and interpreting commercial leases., • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to help prepare and deliver required real estate documentation and reporting., • Support office build‑out projects, including site planning, coordination, and documentation.
