Job Description About Us Knox Golf operates Alley Pond Golf Center, delivering a premium golf and recreational experience to the local community. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Representative to drive on-site and partnership-based sales. This role combines frontline sales, membership growth, retail (pro shop), and business development. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with customers both in person and over the phone. Duties • On-Site Sales & Customer Engagement, • Promote and sell golf memberships, lesson packages, and range sessions, • Assist customers with purchases in the pro shop (apparel, equipment, accessories), • Deliver a high-quality customer experience and increase repeat business, • Identify upsell opportunities (memberships, packages, retail bundles), • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential and existing customers, • Engage walk-in traffic and convert visitors into paying customers, • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service environments is highly valued, • Fluent in English (required), Chinese and/or Korean is a strong plus, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, • Willingness to engage customers proactively (in-person and via phone), • Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure, • Health, dental, and vision benefits, • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding golf platform We’re building more than a venue — we’re creating a social hub where golf, design, and lifestyle come together.
