Job Description Legal Assistant LHH is partnering with our client to hire a Legal Assistant to support attorneys in commercial litigation. This role is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience in complex business litigation who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment. You will manage attorney calendars, prepare and file court documents, assist with discovery productions, and help transition case files into Clio practice management software. Strong electronic filing experience and the ability to draft routine legal documents are essential. What You Will Do • Manage attorney calendars and coordinate appointments, • Prepare and draft routine court documents, • Electronically file court documents in compliance with court rules, • Assist with discovery productions, including organization and document exchange, • Support the transition of case files into Clio software Your Skills, • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role, • Background in complex business litigation, • Proficiency with electronic court filing, • Strong drafting skills for routine legal documents, • Experience supporting discovery productions, • Familiarity with Clio-or willingness to learn-is preferred Benefits, • Direct hire opportunity, • Competitive salary range of $60K-$80K , based on experience, • Work in-office 5 days per week in Clayton, MO, • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
