Job DescriptionDescription: JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective As a Network Administrator, you will provide a wide range network infrastructure implementation, network support, and end user support by assisting with incident resolution and service delivery while providing first class customer service in a demanding Enterprise level environment. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Provide operational support for Advocare LLC network infrastructure, including managed services routers, switches, firewalls, security appliances, and wireless hardware/software, • Ensure the installation and validation of network cabling in accordance with local codes, • Troubleshoot and solve network connectivity problems, including monitoring the network and servers for problems, diagnosing problems, and taking the appropriate corrective measures to ensure an expedient resolution, • Follow procedures and associated training plans for network resource administration, appropriate use, and disaster recovery, • Perform system backups and recovery of network infrastructure, • Maintain installation, operational, and configuration procedures, • Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports, • Provide operational break-fix support for network infrastructure, meeting established SLAs, • Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs, • Perform Care Center network and related infrastructure implementation tasks, • Perform routine network maintenance, • Assists Client Services team as needed The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Travel This position is expected to travel to our corporate office and our care centers located throughout NJ, PA & DE. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
