Technical Recruiter / Sales Executive Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: March 2026 Compensation: $36,000 base + commission (OTE: $65,000-$70,000) About Us Join our Phoenix office as our first local hire, working directly with the founder and a global team. The Role: 50/50 Business Development & Recruiting This is a hybrid position combining new business development with full-cycle technical recruiting. You'll prospect new clients, close job orders, source top technical talent, and manage placements from start to finish. Business Development (50% of your time): • Prospect and qualify new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking, • Conduct 15-20 outbound calls daily to hiring managers and HR leaders, • Build relationships with decision-makers in target companies, • Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs and pain points, • Present our services and close job orders, • Goal: Bring in 1-2 new clients per month, • Manage 10-15 active client accounts by mid-year Technical Recruiting (50% of your time): • Source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, • Screen 8+ candidates daily via phone/video to assess technical skills and culture fit, • Submit 8+ qualified candidates weekly to active job orders, • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates, • Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through onboarding, • Build talent pipelines in key technical specialties, • Goal: Close 1 placement per month by Month 3 You'll own: Full recruiting lifecycle + client acquisition You'll report to: Founder You'll work with: Global recruiting team (Philippines, Latin America) + operations support What Success Looks Like First 90 Days: • Complete training on systems (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter), • Make 15-20 BD calls daily + screen 8 candidates daily, • Submit 8+ candidates weekly to job orders, • Bring in 1-2 new clients, • Build pipeline of 100+ technical candidates, • Managing 10-15 active client accounts, • Bringing in 1-2 new clients monthly, • Consistently submitting 8+ candidates weekly, • 6 placements closed, • 10+ placements closed ($220K+ revenue generated), • 12-15 new clients brought to the firm, • 200+ technical candidates in active pipeline, • $63,000-$75,000 total compensation earned Compensation Base Salary: $36,000/year ($3,000/month) Commission Structure: • Business Development: 10-12% of gross profit on placements from clients YOU source, • Recruiting: 20-25% of gross profit on candidates YOU place, • Average placement fee: $22,000, • 6 placements = $62,400 total comp, • 8 placements = $71,200 total comp Year 2+ Potential: $85,000-$120,000 as your client book matures Commissions paid within 7 days of client payment. Unlimited upside—no caps.
