Job Description WSFSSH MISSION STATEMENT The mission of WSFSSH is to provide safe, affordable, senior housing that integrates compassionate property management with supportive services to enhance the independence and dignity of each resident. WSFSSH creates and preserves affordable housing while supporting the development of healthy neighborhoods. JOB SUMMARY West 108th / Valley Lodge is a combination Supportive and Affordable Housing residence and older adult shelter on the beautiful Upper West Side. West 108th provides 199 units of permanent housing units, including 119 Studio Apartments, 53 One Bedroom, 18 Two Bedrooms, 8 Three Bedrooms, and one two-bedroom superintendent’s unit. Valley Lodge is a 110-bed shelter, where many clients are often linked to permanent units available at West 108th residence, creating a continuity of care model for many shelter residents transitioning to permanent housing. The Property Manager position partners with Social Services staff to collaborate in the development, evaluation and implementation of agency policies, procedures, and programs with the goal of improving the services provided to residents and shelter clients. The Property Manager is responsible for safe operations of all aspects of the building; staff supervision, operating the property within the budget, facility maintenance, compliance, resident relations and collaborating with the social services team to keep residents stably housed. You'll help design and manage CX team performance and operational workflows - ensuring that every process not only drives operational excellence, but also delivers a best-in-class patient and provider experience. You'll be at the forefront of innovation in healthcare operations, leveraging AI and technology to streamline workflows, and support Nourish's unique care model. Your work will directly shape how our CX function supports business growth, new product launches, and the future of the company. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of operations, and the dietitian and patient experience. You'll manage and develop a team of CX Associates, collaborate with teams across Product & Engineering, Revenue Cycle Management and Provider Operations. You'll collaborate with external vendors and BPO partners, and lead critical operational projects from ideation to execution. This role reports directly to the Head of CX and will have a significant hand in shaping the success of CX at Nourish. This is a full-time role. We prefer NYC-based candidates who can work from our Flatiron office 1–2 days per week, with some remote flexibility, but we're also open to fully remote candidates if it's the right fit. Key responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of CX Associates, providing ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and career development., • Oversee day-to-day CX operations, ensuring workflows are executed with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency with a focus on putting patients and dietitians first., • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to scale the CX Associate team., • Continuously identify and implement workflow optimizations to improve SLAs, CSAT and handle times., • Act as a cross-functional liaison between RCM, Product, Provider Operations, and external vendors and BPOs, • Ensure smooth operational launches for new business lines., • Own and drive ad-hoc operational projects to support business growth and process improvement., • Develop and manage key performance metrics to track team productivity and workflow success. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Manager, Onboarding Operations, to lead critical operational functions supporting our rapidly growing network of 350+ healthcare providers across all 50 states. This role is essential to our scaling strategy as we continue to grow. You will own the end-to-end process of onboarding Allara providers, maintaining compliance with credentialing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with providers and other key stakeholders. Location: Hybrid SoHo office in NYC, at least three days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) with flexibility as needed OR Remote (U.S). Your Impact • Ensure providers are fully credentialed, maximized in payer enrollments, and ready to deliver care from day one, adapting credentialing priorities to support dynamic capacity needs., • Direct and mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance, • Maintain warm and engaging relationships with providers throughout the credentialing and onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless transitions into care., • Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Develop and maintain SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards for monitoring enrollment, licensing, and compliance., • 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 1 year in a management role, • Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred)., • Background in multi-state telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations strongly preferred., • Experience with multi-state healthcare operations and provider network management.
