Job Description Operations Technician (Reticle Runner) – Semiconductor Manufacturing Location: Chandler, AZ Pay: $16/hr (Day Shift) | $17/hr (Night Shift) Shifts: 12-hour shifts with 2-hour paid breaks (see details below) Benefits (after 30 days) • Health, vision, and dental coverage., • 120 hours of PTO (vacation + sick time)., • 10 paid holidays., • Flexible work week options. About the Role We’re seeking Reticle Runner Technicians to support operations within the Lithography area of a world-class semiconductor fabrication facility (fab). As a Reticle Runner, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of patterning masks (reticles) to lithography tools. You’ll help keep production running smoothly by responding quickly to tool loading needs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Shift Options (12-hour shifts) Each schedule alternates between 36 hours one week and 48 the next, with 3–4 consecutive days off every week. • S4 Nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Saturday (5:45pm–6:15am), • S5 Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Wednesday (5:45am–6:15pm), • S6 Nights: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + every other Saturday (5:45pm–6:15am), • S7 Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday + every other Wednesday (5:45am–6:15pm) What You’ll Do • Transport reticles throughout the fab to ensure timely delivery to lithography tools., • Match reticle IDs to process specifications with precision before loading., • Respond to and troubleshoot reticle loading issues at the tool., • Follow established safety and operational procedures at all times. Physical Requirements • Constant walking and standing during your shift., • Frequently lift and carry small pods (approx. 4 lbs, 8.5” x 9.5” x 2”) from knee to shoulder height., • Push carts (up to 9 lbs of force required)., • Perform repetitive tasks with sustained attention to detail. Cognitive & Sensory Requirements • Follow and understand verbal and written instructions accurately., • Read and interpret 15-character alphanumeric strings on screens and barcodes., • Distinguish between similar-looking alphanumeric strings and tool IDs., • Recognize equipment status lights (green, red, yellow, white)., • Hear and identify audible tones signaling load/unload success or failure.
