    About the job At Openigloo, we're re-imagining the rental experience in NYC by combining trust-driven technology, vetted inventory, and agents who actually care about the renter experience. We're growing fast and looking for experienced residential rental agents (1-3 years) who want real leads, real support, and real earning potential - without desk fees, cold prospecting, or outdated brokerage models. What You'll Do • Work qualified inbound renter leads generated through Openigloo, • Guide clients through tours, applications, approvals, and lease execution, • Match renters with listings that truly fit their needs, • Manage a strong pipeline and close consistently, • Collaborate with internal teams to move deals efficiently, • Represent the Openigloo brand with professionalism and integrity What Success Looks Like • Consistently closing multiple rentals per month, • Strong follow-up, organization, and client communication, • Ability to move fast while maintaining a high-quality renter experience, • Competitive commission structure (high earning potential), • High-intent inbound leads that already trust the platform, • A strong mix of rent-stabilized & in-house listings, • International & relocation leads, supported by in-house guarantor solutions, • No desk fees + faster-than-industry commission payouts, • Monthly marketing stipend, • A dedicated Agent Success team to help you grow Qualifications • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in NYC residential rentals (leasing, showing, or rental-focused sales), • Active NYS Real Estate License, • Proven ability to manage renter relationships from first contact through lease execution, • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset, • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced leasing environment, • Ability to manage multiple active clients and listings simultaneously without dropping the ball, • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups, documentation, and timelines, • Confident interacting with renters, landlords, and property managers in a professional manner
