The candidate will be working closely with senior members of the Healthcare Group to prepare valuations, prepare analyses and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. Additionally, the candidate will also be responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and often function as a backup for relationships with important clients as well as be the key contact for some clients.
