Job Title: Addiction Therapist Department: Outpatient Chemical Dependency Location: Unity Hospital - 1565 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626 Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Monday - Friday; Days, 8:00AM - 5:00PM SUMMARY: The Associate Therapist provides patient screening, orientation, case management, and basic crisis response.
