Enable the global and regional operationalization of recruitment strategies by ensuring trial teams are equipped with the necessary tools, guidance, and messaging to implement outreach effectively and compliantly. Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping across global, regional, and local levels to identify key organizations and their capability to partner on clinical trial awareness partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial recruitment, patient engagement, or related functions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors. Demonstrated success in designing and executing global or regional patient recruitment strategies, across diverse therapeutic areas. Experience collaborating in matrixed, cross-functional environments, including Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Patient Advocacy. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to patient-facing recruitment and outreach materials. The Lead for Professional Marketing is responsible for partnering with Business insights to uncover barriers and opportunities for the business and translate those insights into breakthrough communications across all channels that reach the HCP customer. This work will be completed in concert with their direct team, the broader marketing team as well as the sales, analytics and medical teams, and their agency partners. Partnering closely with the Analytics team, this person will also help translate insights into meaningful direction for the Sales team. In a similar fashion, this person will partner closely with Medical to craft the commercial implications of any new science, as well as identify market opportunities where data gaps exist. This focus will help drive the long term vision the asset. This position reports to the SVP, Commercial Strategy and Analytics RESPONSIBILITIES This successful candidate must be able to create a vision and customer engagement plan to elevate the understanding and usage of saroglitizar in the management of PBC. Specific accountability in the following areas: · Establish a framework to gain ongoing customer insights and be able to translate those insights into unmet needs in the disease · Partner with Sales team to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategy · Partner with the Medical team to ensure alignment on data gaps in the marketplace · Drive innovation in the launch plan, partnering with the agency partners to identify new awareness vehicles to drive trial and uptake in the first year of launch · Partner with training team to ensure strong scientific knowledge as well as competitive selling skills · Execute 1-2 test initiatives to continue to drive learning · Model good business conduct and adherence with applicable laws, regulations, rules and codes. · Drive a high performance culture on the commercial team by fostering innovation, customer focus, personal accountability and commitment for results Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred. · Minimum of 7-9 years specialty pharmaceutical/biotechnology marketing experience · 9-12 years of overall pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial experience. · Specialty/rare disease experience is required. · Prior therapeutic experience in hepatology is preferred · Leads effectively in a fast-paced environment · Exhibits big picture thinking, while also being disciplined and detailed oriented · Is regarded as a proactive, supportive and collaborative partner · Operates well in an evolving organizational structure with minimal direction. · Uses strong analytical skills to conduct both qualitative and quantitative assessments. · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Willing to take on increasing responsibility as Zydus Therapeutics grows. · At least 5 years of leadership experience with direct reports TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS The position will require domestic travel (up to 25%)

Perform, • and interpret a broad range of analytical assays, including but not limited to UPLC/HPLC, CE-SDS, and analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC)., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across AD and QC, identifying opportunities to enhance assay robustness, efficiency, and data quality., • Analyze complex datasets and effectively communicate results, observations, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, • Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support product and process advancement., • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs, • Up to 15% traveling to support CDMO projects or business development activities.
