Our store curates an excellent selection of styles for teens and young adults. We are seeking a strong management candidates who can take ownership of a store, store team, and inventory management. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software, • Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising, • Manage our team of 20-25 people along with 1-2 other assistant managers, store manager and with active owner involvement., • Understand how to give direction with follow up, how to manage firmly but kindly, how to demonstrate good grasp of all jobs and be willing to jump in and assist sales associates where needed., • Understand and be willing to train buyers and sales associates along with other managers as training is a huge part of the job., • Understands this job is a sales floor job and involves very little administration work., • Has the ability to learn the business and see priority tasks needing to be done to assure retail sales and buys continue to meet established goals., • Able to take feedback from mentor and willing to use feedback to develop skills., • Run our boutique with passion and drive, • All fulltime managers must be willing to step in when call outs threaten ability of the store to operate smoothly due to call outs.
