We specialize in equipment and supplies used in Wide Format Printing, UV Printing, Direct to Garment (DTG), Direct to Film (DTF), Transfer Printing, Embroidery, and more. What You’ll Be Doing This role blends technical skill, field service, installation, and customer support. You will: * Install and configure wide format printers, DTG/DTF systems, and related equipment * Perform on-site and in-house diagnostics and repairs * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues * Guide customers through technical solutions over phone and email * Train customers during installation so they feel confident operating their equipment * Work closely with our support and sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience * Visit customer locations for installs and service You’ll spend time both in our Hauppauge office and in the field. This Role Is For You If: * You enjoy working with your hands and solving mechanical problems * You’re comfortable with computers, drivers, software installs, and file management * You like talking to customers and explaining solutions clearly * You stay calm under pressure * You take ownership of problems until they’re fully resolved * You enjoy being part of a tight-knit, collaborative team * You want to grow with a company, not just collect a paycheck Technical Background We’re Looking For * 2+ years experience in a technical support, repair, or field technician role * Experience working with printers, electronics, mechanical equipment, or similar hardware * Comfort with Windows OS, software installs, and networking basics * Ability to read manuals, follow procedures, and document work clearly Strongly Preferred (but not required): * Wide format printer experience * DTG, DTF, screen printing, or embroidery background * Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Corel * Understanding of RIP software and print workflows If you’re mechanically inclined and quick to learn, we’re willing to train the right person.
