Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, based in San Diego, CA. The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will play a key role in powering the next phase of digital growth across our collective of lifestyle brands: Rylee + Cru, Noralee, and Quincy Mae. This role ensures flawless product launches, optimizes site and app performance, and connects insights across channels to deliver a seamless customer experience. The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will work cross-functionally with creative, retention, and performance teams to ensure every product launch, landing page, and campaign is executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creative problem-solving with analytical thinking, and has a deep curiosity for how technology drives digital commerce. Job Summary: The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day site operations, supporting all product and collection launches across web and app. This includes QAing content and SKUs, building landing pages, maintaining navigation and merchandising, and partnering across teams to improve the customer journey through data, UX testing, and performance optimization. This role bridges creative and technical execution — ensuring that every product, page, and campaign reflects the quality and design integrity of our brands while maximizing performance and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Site Operations & Launch Execution • Manage the end-to-end process for all product and collection launches, ensuring SKUs, content, and inventory are accurate and go live on time., • Oversee homepage updates, navigation, and promotional activations across web and app., • QA product pages and collections for accuracy, SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness., • Maintain site structure and linking to support discovery and conversion goals., • Support setup and maintenance for emerging channels such as marketplaces and app sales. Landing Page & Performance Optimization • Build and QA landing pages for new campaigns, launches, and paid initiatives., • Collaborate with creative, retention, and performance teams to align messaging, tracking, and goals., • Use A/B testing and personalization tools to improve engagement, AOV, and conversion rates., • Report on performance and apply insights to future site updates. Tech Stack & Optimization • Streamline reverse logistics, re-sell, and re-commerce programs to improve retention and sustainability., • Ensure seamless post-purchase experiences through CX flows, widgets, and automation tools., • Use heatmapping and analytics to track user behavior and uncover conversion opportunities., • Leverage personalization tools and recommendation engines to tailor the customer experience., • Manage integrations that enhance reviews, UGC, and social proof., • Optimize merchandising tools, filters, and recommendations for improved browsing and discovery., • Support checkout optimization, gifting, delivery estimates, and upsell programs., • Partner on loyalty, cashback, and referral initiatives to strengthen retention. Data, Insights & Reporting • Monitor site and app KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, site speed, checkout completion)., • Analyze trends and testing outcomes to inform optimization strategies., • Build recurring dashboards and communicate actionable insights to leadership., • Partner with performance and retention teams to track how on-site changes impact overall revenue. Cross-Channel Collaboration • Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and Retention teams (Email, SMS, Push, Affiliate, Paid) to align on campaign goals and landing experiences., • Ensure traffic sources, UTM tracking, and on-site content are consistent and conversion-optimized., • Provide insights that shape creative direction and campaign planning across brands. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, site merchandising, or digital marketing (Shopify experience required)., • Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, and A/B testing platforms preferred., • Experience with marketplace management (Amazon Seller Central or similar) a plus., • Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into actionable insights., • Excellent organizational and project management abilities., • Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with an ownership mindset., • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing the digital customer experience.
