SCOPE OF POSITION: The Jarvie Memorial Family Lodge On-Call Program Aide will be an on-demand support for the homeless shelter program. The On-Call Program Aide will work as needed to cover for employees who are on leave, sick, or on vacation. Primarily, this may include program aide work, cooking responsibilities, entry-level casework, and crisis resource management. They will be offered training opportunities in each of these areas and will be expected to operate as relief for each other when needed. Key Responsibilities • Create, edit, and schedule content across social media platforms, • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights, • Help maintain and update marketing materials, website content, etc., • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas that align with company goals, • Provide general administrative and project support as needed Competencies & Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent, • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing concepts, • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is preferred Compensation This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Compensation for this position is $25.00 per hour.
