They are a world leader in biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to help increase patient access to advanced therapies around the world. Position Summary: The Chief of Staff serves as a strategy integrator, trusted thinking partner, and chief of staff. In addition to facilitating a clear and uniform flow of information between geographically separated leadership teams, this recently established senior leadership position guarantees enterprise-wide clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across all functions. In order to improve operational rigor, lower friction, and sharpen organizational focus, the role promotes systematic planning, communication, and governance. Teams with different working styles, organizational rhythms, and cultural settings would benefit from this leader's ability to foster trust, unity, and mutual understanding. To make sure that priorities are properly understood and carried out, they will keep up a proactive communication cadence between executive leadership and the larger organization. What You’ll Do: • Create a strategic planning methodology, cadence, and tools/templates that include the branded and biosimilar portfolio, new releases, lifecycle management, and yearly budget/resourcing planning., • Oversee the enterprise strategic planning process, making sure that all departments participate promptly and effectively and converting the CEO's vision into an understandable, workable business roadmap., • Uphold and develop the senior leadership team's operational rhythm and governance framework, which includes prioritization forums, decision gates, and reviews., • Develop any tools or templates required to guarantee easy visibility while facilitating enterprise reviews, progress monitoring, and strategic recalibration across functions., • Create and oversee the Strategic Initiatives Office (PMO) at the enterprise level, including initiative intake, progress monitoring, resource distribution, schedule management, issue escalation, and risk mitigation., • To implement corporate initiatives in a cohesive manner, chiefs of staff and functional leaders should align to ensure cross-functional coordination., • Assist the CEO and leadership team in setting priorities by identifying and projecting risks, resource limitations, and dependencies., • Manage change management for significant enterprise-wide projects, including the integration of new functions, process standardization, and organizational restructuring., • Take charge of and oversee the implementation of important, high-profile initiatives and analyses that affect the entire company., • Act as the CEO's main "voice" by translating and clearly conveying expectations, strategic intent, and goals to the larger organization; represent the CEO in meetings and create important communications upon request., • Assure prompt, transparent, and consistent messaging and communication throughout the entire organization, proactively identifying and addressing possible obstacles., • Oversee the CEO's daily routine, which includes creating executive meeting agendas, monitoring decisions, and guaranteeing accountability and implementation. Who should apply: • At least ten years of senior leadership experience in strategic operations, transformation, enterprise strategy, or comparable positions in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences sector or a closely similar regulated business (e.g., healthcare, biotech, medical devices)., • A track record of successfully managing intricate, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects, such as global/regional alignment, organizational transformation, integration, and enterprise strategy planning., • Strong portfolio management, prioritization, and execution skills; proven expertise overseeing a Project Management Office (PMO) or strategic initiatives., • Excellent change-management skills and experience working in culturally, organizationally, or geographically complex situations (e.g., multinational organizations, several offices, cross-country coordination)., • The ability to influence top leaders across departments and regions through executive presence., • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to communicate at all organizational levels, present to top leadership, and condense complicated challenges into strategic narratives., • Excellent judgment, problem-solving abilities, and ease in making choices or compromises in the face of uncertainty., • Outstanding project and program management abilities, including the capacity to concurrently oversee several priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders., • Strong emotional intelligence, maturity, discretion, integrity, and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced setting while being at ease with uncertainty., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of business information dashboards and project management applications is advantageous., • Willingness to travel when necessary (about 15%)
