Responsibilities: • Manage donor relations program with specific focus on non-major and direct mail donors., • Oversee content of third-party direct mail campaign vendor, all data exports to direct mail vendor, data reports, and analysis., • Ensure accurate and timely accounting data input for monthly revenue., • Develop and implement core communications in multiple mediums including, but not limited to the Annual Report, year-end appeals, positive aging partners campaigns, and fundraising campaign materials., • Create and implement impact plan for research, identification, cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of a portfolio of 75-100 mid-level donors., • Oversee dashboards, reporting, donor relations and stewardship activities in established databases. Analyze and compile data and information for reports. Prepare narrative or statistical reports., • Continually enhance individual giving campaigns to take full advantage of donor giving capacity., • Develop a collaborative and effective team in a healthy work environment. Supervise, train and evaluate assigned employees., • Represent program/department to internal and external audiences., • Develop and manage assigned budgets and operating plans. Reconcile and oversee financial donation coding and approve invoices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and fundraising experience., • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a fund-raising environment.
