This includes all signage, lobby, leasing center, amenity areas, model homes, common corridors and made-ready homes., • Keep accurate records of customer traffic and leases daily using property management software system (Yardi), • Prepare, present, and distribute daily and weekly leasing reports to upper management team using report templates as provided by upper management, • Meet and qualify all prospective residents and obtain necessary guest card information, • Conduct property and apartment tours with prospective residents, • Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance throughout all leasing presentations, • Answer phone promptly and courteously and maintain the phone traffic recording for prospect phone calls and visits, • Follow-up with prospective residents daily. Job DescriptionDescription: The Program Specialist supports the effective delivery of mission-aligned programs at PMCH. This role coordinates daily activities, assists with planning and evaluation, and ensures clear communication among colleagues, participants, and community partners. Job DescriptionOperations Manager- Mindify Wellness and Care Job Overview: The Operations Manager is a key position responsible for daily coordination and administration of all operations of assigned programs. The Operations Manager is a team leader who assists the Clinical Director in the implementation of a highly effective Outpatient program across multiple facilities. The Operations Manager is responsible for the adherence of all documented organizational rules, policies, and procedures within the assigned facilities. Core duties include management and leadership of the clinicians and ensuring all operational benchmarks are being achieved or even exceeded, including one-on-ones, trainings, education of mental health, performance evaluations, coordination and management of communications, updates, adherence to performance metrics and all other enterprise goals.
