They oversee all aspects of their center’s operations, leading by example, ensuring safety protocols, exceptional customer service, efficient facility operations, and business growth. The manager’s main responsibilities are: Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among customers or staff members.
