    The Lighthouse ABA's School Services department is looking for a BCBA to join our team conducting assessments for students receiving DOE-funded, in-school ABA services. This is a highly visible, clinically rich role for a BCBA who wants to make a direct, measurable impact on students' access to services. What You'll Do • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and skills assessments for students in school settings, • Travel to NYC schools and clients' homes for in-person observation and assessment sessions, • Serve as an expert witness, testifying at Impartial Hearings as needed, • Collaborate closely with parents, the School Services team, RBTs, and case managers to translate assessment findings into actionable recommendations, • Prepare clear, well-organized assessment reports suitable for DOE review and Impartial Hearing documentation What We're Looking For • Current BCBA certification (required), • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York State (required), • Based in, or able to reliably travel throughout, the NYC area, • Experience within the NYC DOE system - familiarity with DOE processes, clearances, and school-based service delivery strongly preferred, • Comfort and willingness to testify at Impartial Hearings, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and testify clearly under scrutiny Why The Lighthouse ABA • Competitive compensation, • A strong, experienced clinical team providing support and mentorship, • The chance to directly influence student outcomes through DOE-funded services, • Meaningful, high-impact clinical work at the intersection of ABA and education advocacy Interested candidates should apply directly or reach out to learn more about this opportunity. In this role, you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensure accurate medication dispensing, and support positive patient outcomes through clinical expertise and compassionate service. The Staff Pharmacist works collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, healthcare providers, and patients to promote medication safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality healthcare delivery. Responsibilities • Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations., • Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions., • Perform medication therapy reviews and assist in optimizing therapeutic outcomes., • Prepare and compound medications as required, utilizing proper aseptic technique and established pharmacy procedures., • Assist with the preparation and verification of IV medications and infusions when applicable., • Conduct patient assessments related to medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare providers regarding treatment recommendations., • Utilize pharmacy software and EMR/EHR systems for prescription processing, documentation, and medication reconciliation., • Support immunization services and medication administration activities in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies., • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times., • Monitor for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse drug events., • Assist with inventory management activities, including medication ordering, storage, and monitoring for expired products., • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements., • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care., • Participate in quality assurance and medication safety initiatives., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
