We are growing and looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Jr. Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing painting projects from assessment to closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and be accountable for upholding our high bar for customer satisfaction. Benefits: • 401K, • Paid Time Off, • Company Vehicle, Cell Phone, • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance What You’ll Do: • Manage painting projects end-to-end, from assessment and scheduling to final closeout, ensuring alignment with contracts and specifications., • Develop work plans, assign labor, and coordinate site mobilization, daily operations, and material deliveries., • Monitor project costs against budgets and address potential overruns with corrective actions., • Build and maintain client relationships to promote repeat business and ensure high level of satisfaction, with full accountability for job quality and budget per account and project., • Support accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and identification of financial risks., • Act as primary contact for clients and vendors, providing regular updates and managing change requests., • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve field issues rapidly and avoid delays., • Conduct quality inspections, enforce company standards, train painters per the Imperial Way, and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies., • Your primary service areas will be Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic counties in NJ, as well as locations in Manhattan. You will spend a lot of time on the road. What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2+ years of work experience, • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across New Jersey and Manhattan Necessary skills: • Fluent written and verbal English; detail-oriented; planning and organization Bonus if you have: • Previous experience in project management, hospitality, retail, engineering, or sales-related roles, • Bachelor’s degree or trade school certification, • Fluency in Spanish

Position Summary As a CDL Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up products on an established route. You will also assist with shipping and receiving, and collect payments from customers as needed. This role reports to the Transportation Manager and is entitled to overtime for hours worked beyond 40 per week. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Load and unload products using a hand truck or manually, • Operate company vehicles safely and courteously, adhering to state, local, DOT, and Hours of Service regulations, • Pick up and deliver products promptly to and from various customers and vendors, • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of delivery vehicles, • Conduct daily maintenance checks and report issues, • Relay customer messages to management, • Manage return of credit products with proper paperwork, • Maintain a neat workplace, • Inform transportation about overstock issues immediately, • Provide customers with signed invoices or credit forms, • Ensure items are secured on the truck to prevent damage, • Perform additional duties as requested by management Competencies • Strong oral and written communication skills, • Reading skills and math aptitude, • Customer relations and organizational abilities, • Professionalism and time management Physical Demands • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls, appointments set, show rate, etc.). Deliver excellent customer service that supports dealership reputation and retention. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, call center, or sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally. Basic knowledge of automotive sales is a plus but not required. Proficient with computers and CRM systems. Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are an advantage if applicable.
