The QA Technician supports the quality program by conducting in-line inspections, maintaining grade standards, and ensuring citrus products meet customer specifications and company expectations. This position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and the QA Manager to maintain consistent product quality. During peak season (May–December), the role requires a 6-day workweek and overtime as needed.
