Overview: The Quality Inspector will report directly to the site Quality Manager or Quality Field Operations Manager, with indirect oversight from the Sr. Manager of Quality Control, and will be charged with the vital task of conducting and documenting inspections that adhere to the approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Quality Inspectors play a crucial role in guaranteeing that all reports are meticulously documented, with accuracy and legibility that ensure traceability to their field locations, thus minimizing reporting errors. Job Overview The Chief Electrician supervises all Tradesmen and Facility Maintenance personnel, including Technicians, Electricians, Painters, and Carpenters. They mentor, coach, and train field staff to ensure high performance and adherence to maintenance standards. Responsibilities: • Operational Strategy: Lead your location in achieving key metrics: enrollment, retention, customer service, program quality, compliance, and productivity., • Performance & Profitability: Oversee day-to-day operations, analyze district trends, and boost engagement and growth. Plan class offerings, schedule flow, and transition times. Support the creation of semester scheduling and program development., • Team Development & Management: Manage staff schedules and ensure proper staffing for all programming.
