Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ride Mechanic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide proficient technical services on a variety of ride structures, vehicles, and related components to ensure optimal safety, performance, and reliability of amusement park attractions. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and implementing repairs to keep our rides safe, and in excellent working condition. The Technician is primarily responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. Qualifications Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience., • ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred., • Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and have the ability to operate customer’s vehicles to conduct test drives., • Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program. The Field Service Tech will be responsible for traveling to various retail customer locations to analyze, test, troubleshoot, repair, or rebuild the mechanical and electrical components of our reverse vending machines which accept recyclable containers from customers.
