The EM maintains regional facilities in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, standards, and permits; and has responsibility for maintaining facility compliance with applicable environmental permit conditions. This position has direct responsibility for conducting on-site fieldwork associated with sampling, monitoring, observing, and recording environmental data; and preparing reports, records, and plans required by regulatory permit, plan, or agreement. The EM assists in the overall planning, design, installation, and operation of pollution control equipment and associated metering and/or measuring devices.
