Damage Prevention Advisors will work with contractors on CR 753 daily, advise on corrective actions when necessary, and reinforce positively when a proper dig occurs. A good safety background, knowledge in Microsoft Office products, basic computer functions, data entry, and smartphone use are required. Damage prevention advisors will be responsible for inspecting equipment daily and daily work planning is a must. Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Lead service/install team in establishing proper service and installation processes as defined by Culligan by WaterCo, • Install water treatment systems, including water softeners and reverse osmosis units, in residential and commercial properties., • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance., • Assess customer needs and design customized water treatment solutions., • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and Culligan’s high-quality standards., • Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper system maintenance and usage., • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Life and Disability Insurance, • 401(k) Plan with Company Match, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Company-Provided Uniforms and Boots, • Employee Discounts on Products, • Paid Training and Career Development Opportunities, • Commission for Lead Generation, • Valid journeyman plumbing license (required)., • Minimum of 3-5 years of plumbing experience, with preference for candidates with water treatment system expertise., • Proficiency in plumbing tools and ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints., • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment., • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members., • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Familiarity with the local service area., • Ability to lift and carry 80-100 pounds, • Capable of driving for extended periods (2-3 hours at a time)., • Ability to kneel, bend, push, pull, and maneuver in confined spaces as needed.
