Job Description Director of Building Maintenance (Union Hall) PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Director of Building Maintenance oversees all maintenance, janitorial, and capital improvement projects for our Union Hall location in Queens, NY.
