Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The HR Generalist maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by administering employee relations and human resources policies for all plant employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Communicate and administer hourly and salaried HR policies, programs and procedures in accordance with state and federal law. · Be aware of employee concerns and problems, and the “pulse” of the organization. · Administer training programs. · Administer benefits: BCBS, MetLife (life, dental, and short-term disability), 401(K), and COBRA. · Actively work toward a safer organization and ensure compliance with all OSHA requirements.
