What You’ll Be Doing As the General Manager, you’ll play a starring role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club. Your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including hiring, scheduling, and inventory management., • Leading and mentoring a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences., • Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless shows and events., • Managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and driving revenue growth., • Maintaining a welcoming and lively atmosphere for both guests and performers. -Overseeing marketing and promotions for the club What We’re Looking For To shine in this role, you’ll need: • At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership position, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or a related field., • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple priorities., • A passion for comedy, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment., • Competitive Compensation -Production Bonuses to reward your contributions to our success.
