Job Description Hiring Position: Aesthetics Sales Representative Hans Biomed USA Inc. is a KOSDAQ listed, innovative company that specializes in aesthetics, biologics and medical device products. Our product line includes aesthetics, cosmetics, dental, spine, and plastic surgery supplies. Our headquarters is located in South Korea, and this position is for one of our US branches. We are looking for a diligent, passionate, and positive Aesthetics Sales Representative to join our Sales team as we grow our business. Business Category: Aesthetics, Cosmetics, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and General Surgery Job Description The Aesthetics Sales Representative is a self-starter with a passion for delivering results and contributing to our overall sales goals. The Sales Rep is responsible for acquiring new client prospects and retaining and growing our existing client base, by leveraging selling skills and product and technical knowledge. Working with the sales team, under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager, this position will coordinate sales activity, facilitate the sales process with prospective and current clients, and perform administrative tasks as needed. Roles and Responsibilities (inclusive of; but not limited to) Maintain and generate leads by making outbound calls and scheduling meeting accordingly to meet weekly data Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Utilize all CRM platforms to organize activities, manage pipelines and report sales progress and productivity Develop and execute cost-benefit analysis and sales presentations to existing and prospective customers Verify and maintain accurate information of existing and potential customers with CRM platforms Assist customers on navigating Shopify (E-store) and abide by company’s ordering system Follow up on unconverted leads to cultivate into sales cycles Establish, develop, and grow positive business relationships with our customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner Ensure effective communication with territory managers and other departments to help manage tasks or customer needs Ensure compliance with customer service standards, corporate performance standards, and the highest behavior in ethical salesmanship Schedule and professionally manage MINT trainings, as well as recruit trainees Submit weekly reports Participate and attend all mandatory meetings; internal and/or external Perpetual self-training on the industry and relevant products Prioritize important and urgent tasks accordingly, utilize organizational skills to maximize time management Shares google calendar with the sales team and keep up to date with all work-related travel, meetings, and events Ensure proper use of company credit cards, which is not allowed to be used during off-weekends, holidays and/or PTO Record all company credit card transactions properly and submit expense reports by the deadline Responding in a timely manner to all work communications platforms: Gmail, Kakao, ERP, Monday.com Follow all updated department protocols, submit tasks in a timely manner, with correct templates, to appropriate parties involved Ensure training products are delivered to appropriate trainer and returned to office based on supply return shipment guideline Provide accurate information on all company forms, following guidelines Cross-sell additional products or manage a new product introduction as they become available Be available online during work office hours Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field 2 years Outside Sales experience CRM software preferred Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills preferred Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Prior medical device sales experience preferred Time management and organizational skills preferred Legally eligible to work in the U.S. Driver’s license and vehicle required Benefits 1. Salary + Commission UNCAPPED, 2. Sales Support: $400 per month, 3. Food Support: $250 per month, 4.
