Qualifications • Customer Service Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service is required. (Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.), • Communication & Detail-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills – you are friendly, attentive, and can communicate clearly. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment., • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework or a degree is an advantage., • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays. (You’ll benefit from our rotating schedule that gives you a long weekend every other week!)
