    Our client, an enterprise B2B financial services startup, is seeking Customer Success Managers. The Role This is a high-impact, client-facing position focused on helping SMB customers successfully launch and grow on the platform. You will own the onboarding experience end-to-end, coordinate service delivery across internal teams and external partners, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. You'll work directly with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders across the globe. The goal? Become their most trusted partner. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong fundamentals from a Big 4 accounting or consulting background who thrives in structured environments, takes pride in follow-through, and enjoys building meaningful client relationships. What You'll Do Own the full onboarding lifecycle — from welcome call through completion of initial services Coordinate cross-functional delivery across incorporation, tax, accounting, and transfer pricing teams Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to your customers Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely execution Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with commercial teams Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, goals, and challenges Qualifications 1–2 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit, tax, or consulting) or similar professional services environment Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong process discipline and follow-through Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-centric with the ability to build trust quickly Comfortable working with global clients across time zones and cultures Excited to join and grow within an early-stage tech company What Were Looking For Someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes end-to-end A relationship builder who connects customers and internal teams seamlessly A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments Humble, collaborative, and motivated by team success Nice to have: Experience in customer success or project management Experience at a fast-growing tech startup Familiarity with modern productivity tools (e.g., Slack, GSuite, Linear) Additional language proficiency Fee - 15% Guarantee - 90 days
