Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and highly customer-focused Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our client. This role supports daily office operations by managing incoming calls, coordinating service schedules, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities: Customer Interaction & Communication • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally., • Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding quotes, scheduled services, appointment reminders, and service satisfaction., • Greet visitors and provide in-person customer support when applicable., • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication platforms.Scheduling & Coordination, • Schedule service appointments for technicians based on availability, urgency, and location., • Communicate clearly with field technicians regarding daily schedules, job details, and updates., • Monitor job progress and make adjustments to the schedule as needed., • Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple service requests.Administrative Support, • Update and maintain customer profiles, service tickets, and job details in the CRM system (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, etc.)., • Process work orders, invoices, and service documentation., • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, or data entry., • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk or reception area.Qualifications:, • 1+ year of customer service or front desk experience; service industry experience strongly preferred., • Experience within Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical service environments is a major plus., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment., • Comfortable making outbound calls (follow-ups, reminders, confirmations)., • Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications (Microsoft Office, email systems)., • Positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent customer service instincts.Hours:, • 8:00am-4:30pm, • Monday through Friday, • *Opportunity for additional hoursWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Direct HireBenefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
