Essential Functions • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including MD&A and variance analyses to ensure high-quality and accurate reporting to stakeholders, • Budgeting: Support annual budgeting process by partnering cross-functionally with department leaders to develop, consolidate, and analyze budgets to drive companywide goals and strategic decision making, • Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models related to store performance, budget, capital expenditures, liquidity, and other key areas of the business, • Financing: Support financing initiatives for car wash locations, including preparing deal packages, reviewing lender due diligence questions, and driving financing processes., • Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with leaders across the organization on various strategic initiatives, including evaluating M&A opportunities and providing Board updates., • Cross Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including Real Estate, Operations, and Marketing to gather relevant information necessary for the ongoing monitoring and optimization of the business, • Competitor & Market Analysis: Research and analyze industry peers to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover strategic opportunities for growth and efficiency of the business, • Bachelor’s degree, • 0-2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field, • Experience with multi-unit reporting is a plus, • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing presentations for senior leadership or board members, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills, • Competitive base pay salary plus annual bonus, • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, • Three weeks paid time off, • 401k Plan (+4% company match), • Company laptop and branded gear, • Free car washes at all Spark locations
