Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits. Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are searching for a talented Manager or Associate Director of Specialty with a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing efficient systems and ensuring programs run seamlessly at scale. The ideal candidate will be passionate about equitable access to world-class learning opportunities for specialty. We are open to hiring at the Manager or Associate Director level; title and compensation will be determined after assessment of experience, skills, and competencies. Responsibilities: • Own the day-to-day operations of Zeta's specialty programming, managing enrollment, schedules, logistics, and communications with precision, • Design and refine systems and structures that make specialty programming consistent and scalable across all schools, • Manage data effectively by tracking enrollment, usage, and outcomes in spreadsheets and dashboards, and surfacing insights to continuously improve programming, • Collaborate closely with school-based operations teams (SBOT), ODs, and school leaders to ensure programming runs smoothly at every school, • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver excellent programming that expands opportunities for students, • Represent specialty programming with clarity and confidence, bringing strong organizational presence when interfacing with leaders, staff, and vendors Specialty activities are the mechanism for students to come to know and challenge themselves. Through specialty activities, students express their sense of self long before they can articulate this sense with words.
